In 1994, Communications Fiji Limited partnered with a private investor to develop its headquarters at 231 Waimanu Road, in the heart of Suva, Fiji’s capital.
The three-storey commercial building was purpose-built to accommodate CFL’s radio stations and other business operations, establishing a permanent home for the company’s growing media presence.
In 2026, CFL reached a significant milestone by acquiring 100% ownership of the property, further strengthening its long-term investment in Fiji.
Today, CFL continues to operate from the ground and basement levels, while the upper two floors are commercially leased, providing an additional revenue stream for the company.
