The Communications Fiji Limited Foundation (CFL Foundation) is the charitable arm of Communications Fiji Limited, established to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities across Fiji.

Built on CFL’s longstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility, the Foundation focuses on supporting vulnerable communities, particularly children in need, through fundraising initiatives, charitable partnerships and community outreach programmes.

Leveraging the reach and influence of CFL’s radio stations, digital platforms and events, the Foundation brings together businesses, organisations and members of the public to raise awareness, encourage generosity and mobilise support for important causes.

Through initiatives such as the CFL Foundation Charity Walk and its support for organisations including WOWS Kids Fiji, the Foundation continues to demonstrate the positive impact of collective community action.

Guided by compassion, integrity and a commitment to giving back, the CFL Foundation reflects the Group’s belief that its responsibility extends beyond media and entertainment to helping build stronger, healthier and more resilient communities throughout Fiji.

Established in September 2025, the Foundation is supported by CFL’s commitment to contribute 5% of the Group’s annual profit after tax towards charitable initiatives. In April 2026, the Foundation donated $176,827.51 to WOWS Kids Fiji, raised through its Charity Walk and nationwide donation campaign to support children living with cancer.
